| 摘 要： | 本文从恶性肿瘤的发生、治疗及恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量几个方面初步探讨了心理社会因素与恶性肿瘤的关系;指出心理社会因素对于恶性肿瘤的影响贯穿于其发生、发展、治疗及预后的整个过程,影响着恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量及生存期;其机制可能为影响了恶性肿瘤患者的内分泌和免疫系统。作为医务工作者,应重视肿瘤患者的心理社会问题,并进行必要的干预。
