南京市溧水区用水效率控制方案研究

为了实施水资源最严格管理,分析了南京市溧水区水资源开发利用现状,构建了以贯彻落实"三同时"为保障、以"节水型农业、节水型工业、节水型城镇"三大载体为抓手的溧水区水资源高效利用格局,制定了用水效率控制目标。通过节水型农业建设、调整产业结构战略性转型、节水型城镇建设,建立监控管理考核体系,保障了用水效率控制目标的可达性,以提高溧水区水资源利用效率,促进区域水资源的可持续发展。

Research on control scheme of water use efficiency in Lishui District of Nanjing

In order to implement the most stringent water resources management, the present situation of water resources ex-ploitation and utilization in Lishui District, Nanjing was analyzed. By taking the "water-saving agriculture, water-saving in-dustry, water-saving cities" as carriers, the high-efficient utilization pattern of water resources of Lishui District was built based on the implementation of "Three simultaneousness " system and the control target of water use efficiency was set up. Through the measures of water-saving agricultural construction, adjustment and strategic transformation of industrial structure, water-saving urban construction, establishment of monitoring and management assessment system, the accessibility of water effi-ciency control objectives are ensured to improve the water resources utilization efficiency in Lishui District and promote the sus-tainable development of regional water resources.
