柴油机正时齿轮修形及动态特性分析

摘    要:针对高功率和高密度柴油机引起的正时齿轮啸叫现象,考虑齿轮传动误差等因素,以某12V150柴油机为研究对象,应用Romax软件建立配气机构正时齿轮传动系统模型,分析了传动误差激励下的齿面受载情况和传动误差的峰-峰值和波动幅度。以齿面单位长度载荷的大小和分布为标准,对正时齿轮系统的中间齿轮副修形,结果表明,通过齿轮修形可以使齿面载荷分布到中间部位,载荷分布面积增多且载荷值减小,传动误差值减小;并对比分析了两种不同的修形方案,振动加速度值分别降低了38%和56.9%。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of timing gear whine noise caused by high power density diesel engine,considering the transmission error and other factors,a 12V150 diesel engine is taken as the research object and valve train timing gear transmission system model is established by Romax software.The tooth surface loading and peak value and fluctuation range of transmission error under the excitation of the transmission error are analyzed.The size and distribution of the unit length load of the tooth surface is used as the standard,the middle gear pair of the timing gear system is modified.It shows that the tooth surface load can be distributed to the middle part by gear modification,the load distribution area increase and the load reduce,transmission error reduce, two different modification schemes are compared and analyzed,the vibration acceleration is reduced by 38% and 56.9% respectively.
