| 摘 要： | 目的:分析产后出血的主要原因及正确的处理方法.方法:对32例产妇产后出血的临床资料进行分析,从中总结出产后出血的主要原因,并根据其原因采取相应有效的治疗,最终对产后出血的防治作出总结.结果:产后出血的主要原因是宫缩乏力,治疗采取药物治疗,压迫止血和手术治疗等综合方法效果显著.结论:正确估计产后出血量,早诊断早治疗有助于预防和减少产后出血的发生,降低产妇的死亡率.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the main causes and correct treatments of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:The main causes of postpartum hemorrhage were summarized by analyzing 32 cases of postpartum hemorrhage at our hospital from 2004 to 2006,then corresponding effective treatments were adopted,and the prevention and treaments of postpartum hemorrhage were summarized.Results :The main causes of postpartum hemorrhage were uterine inertia,the effective treatments were medication,oppression,operation and so on.Combination of these treatments was most effective.Conclusions:Correct esamationof blood volume of postpartum hemorrhage,early diagnosis and early treatment were conduced to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and decrease the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage and the death rate of parturients. |
