CyclinB1在早期自然流产患者绒毛和胎盘蜕膜组织中的表达及与血清雌孕激素的相关性研究

目的探讨细胞周期调节蛋白CyclinB1在早期自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中的表达水平及与血清雌孕激素的相关关系。方法选择早期自然流产患者30例,采用反转录-聚合酶链反应法检测绒毛和蜕膜组织中CyclniB1的表达情况,同时采用化学发光法检测流产日患者血清中雌孕激素的水平,采用线性回归法分析CyclniB1的表达与雌孕激素之间的相关关系。结果 CyclinB1在早期自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中的水平与血清中雌孕激素均呈正相关关系。结论雌孕激素可通过下调CyclinB1表达参与早期自然流产的发生。

Study of correlation between the expression of CyclinB1 and the serum levels of estrogen and progestin in patients with early spontaneous abortion

Objective It is to investigate the expression level of CyclinB1 and its correlation between the serum levels of estrogen and progestin in early spontaneous abortion.Methods 30 cases of patients with early spontaneous abortion were collected,and the expression level of CyclinB1 in the tissue of villus and decidua of them was detected by using method of Polymerase chain reaction.At the same time,the serum level of estrodiol and progestin were measured by Chemiluminescence assay in the patients.The relationship between the expression level of CyclinB1 and the serum levels of estradiol and progestin were analyzed by Linear correlated regression analysis method.Results The expression levels of CyclinB1 in the villus and decidua tissues of early spontaneous abortions were both positively correlated with the serum levels of estrogen and progestin.Conclusion Estrogen and progestin may be revolved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion by down-regulating the expression of CyclinB1.
