| 摘 要： | 基层基本疾病预防控制项目清单是落实公共卫生服务均等化的必要前提。课题组运用文献归纳、焦点小组讨论和机构问卷调查等方法,征询了江苏省、浙江省和上海市23家县级疾病预防控制中心、118家社区卫生服务中心(乡镇卫生院)以及上海市110个村卫生室的意见,提出并论证了6大类、62小类和125个项目的基层基本疾病预防控制项目清单。 |

| Abstract: | A list of essential services of disease prevention and control in community health center is a necessary prerequisite to implement the equalization of public health services. The methods of literatures review, focus group discussions and institutional survey have been employed to develop the list. 23 county-level centers for disease prevention and control and 188 community health centers （town hospitals） in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, 110 village clinics in Shanghai, have been surveyed with questionnaire. Finally, we developed a list including 6 main categories, 62 categories and 125 items. |
