布地奈德和沙丁胺醇雾化治疗慢阻肺

目的探讨布地奈德和沙丁胺醇雾化治疗慢阻肺(COPD)急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取我院治疗的COPD急性发作患者80例,随机均分两组。对照组给予常规抗炎、止咳、平喘、氧疗等;观察组在此基础上雾化吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇。对比两组治疗前后肺功能检查结果,分析疗效。结果治疗后两组肺功能较治疗前均明显改善,第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)以及第1秒用力呼气量与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)均升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后组间对比观察组改善较明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疗效评分明显下降,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗COPD急性发作疗效显著,对肺功能改善明显,用药方便,无明显副作用,安全可靠。

Budesonide and Salbutamol Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide and salbutamol inhalation in the treatment of COPD. Methods Randomly selected 80 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment; the observation group was added the atomization inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol. Compared two groups of Pulmonary function tests and clinical effect. Results Pulmonary function of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment, with significant difference（P〈0.05）;the comparison between the two groups after treatment had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Curative effect score of the observation group decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol in treatment of acute exacerbations of COPD has significant effect, can improve pulmonary function significantly.
