| 摘 要： | 目的 评价薄层轴位T2WI脂肪抑制序列对胆总管下段结石的诊断价值.资料与方法 搜集2006年1月至2007年8月临床可疑胆总管下段结石97例,均行上腹部常规MRI、磁共振胰胆管水成像MRCP检查,同时对感兴趣区行薄层扫描.比较增加薄层扫描前后对胆总管下段结石的诊断符合率.所有病例均经手术或ERCP证实.结果 常规扫描诊断符合率为76.29%,增加薄层扫描后符合率为94.85%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.52,P＜0.05).结论 薄层扫描可提高胆总管下段结石的诊断符合率,有助于小结石、小肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断.
