现代针灸学术发展的基本规律——关于针灸学术流派与学派研究的思考

学术流派与学派的形成都是针灸学术发展过程中的产物,但针灸的学派与学术流派有明显不同,二者所关注的问题在针灸学体系的结构当中处于明显不同的位置,这就决定了学派与流派对于针灸学术发展有不同的影响。针灸学派主要关乎学科的理论与思想,处于学科体系的核心,涉及的问题非常关键、非常集中,数量较为稀少;针灸流派主要关乎技术的特色与优势,处于学科体系边缘的外部,涉及的问题十分发散,数量比较庞大。争鸣中的学派有利于促进主流针灸学体系的发展,繁荣中的流派则是对主流针灸学体系的补充和丰富。各个流派、学派的存在并非永恒,它们的代谢与进化能够更好地推动现代针灸学术的发展。
