海洋平台往复式压缩机组振动控制设计

摘    要:海洋平台往复式压缩机组由于安装在柔性的平台结构上,相对陆用机组往往更易发生大的振动,且振动发生后的机组维修整改成本大、后果影响严重。为了控制海洋平台往复式压缩机组的振动,以某海洋平台往复式压缩机组振动控制设计为例,通过进行气流脉动分析,减小了机组脉动不平衡激振力;通过进行机械振动分析,抑制了机组设备及管道的振动水平;以及通过进行机组底橇和平台支撑结构的振动分析,降低了机组及平台结构的振动水平等。分析结果满足标准要求,为今后海洋平台往复式压缩机组振动控制设计提供技术方法和参考依据。

Vibration Control Design of Reciprocating Compressor Packages in Offshore Platform

Abstract:The offshore platform reciprocating compressor unit, which is installed on a flexible platform structure, is prone to large vibrations than land-based units. Consequently, the maintenance and rectification expenses caused by vibration are high and the consequences are serious. In order to control the vibration of reciprocating compressor unit on offshore platform, taking the vibration control design of reciprocating compressor unit of an offshore platform as an example, the pulsating unbalanced exciting force of the unit is reduced through the analysis of airflow pulsation; the vibration level of the unit equipments and pipelines are controlled through the mechanical vibration analysis; the vibration analysis of the unit bottom skid and platform support structure is carried out to reduce the vibration level of the unit and platform structure. The analysis results meet the requirements of the standard, which can provide technical methods and references for vibration control design of offshore platform reciprocating compressor units in the future.
