边界综采工作面布置方式及刀把状综采工作面快速对接技术的研究

摘    要:随着矿井开采程度的加深、矿井服务时间的延长,所面临的地质条件越来越复杂,当综采工作面布置在断层边界附近或者布置在井田边界附近,受断层和保护煤柱的影响,边界附近的煤炭资源将会无法回采造成资源浪费,为提高煤炭资源回采率,就要优化传统的综采工作面布置方式,把综采工作面布置成刀把状,工作面推进到刀把位置时再进行对接,以提高资源回采率。通过对边界综采工作面布置方式进行改进,研究了刀把状综采工作面快速对接技术,提高了煤矿资源回采率和刀把状综采工作面对接效率,实现了安全高效对接。

Abstract:With the deepening of mine exploitation and the extension of mine service time,the geological conditions faced are becoming more and more complex.When the fully-mechanized coal mining face is arranged near the fault boundary or near the well field boundary,affected by the fault and the protection pillar,the coal resources near the boundary will not be recovered and result in waste of resources.To increase the recovery rate of coal resources,it is necessary to break the traditional layout of fully-mechanized coal mining face,the fully-mechanized mining face can be arranged in the form of a knife and handle,and the working face is advanced to the position of the handle,then docking to increase the resource recovery rate.Through the improvement of the layout of the fully-mechanized working face of the boundary and the research on the rapid docking technology of the knife-shaped coal mining face,the project has greatly improved the coal mine resource recovery rate and the efficiency of face-to-face contact of the Knife-shaped coal mining face and achieved safe and efficient docking.
