回转干燥机无线测温系统的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了利用无线射频技术构建回转干燥机测温系统设计与应用过程,着力于解决回转类设备的温度采集、数据远传、信息报警和远程监视的技术难题。系统通过低功耗采集技术、无线射频技术、GPRS通信技术和计算机网络技术分别对各技术难点逐一进行解决,形成一套采集、发送、报警、记录和显示有效处理流程。系统为回转干燥机筒体的监控管理提供了有效手段,大大提高了成套设备的自动化水平,方便用户巡检、维护工作的开展。

Abstract:Introduces the design and application of rotary dryer temperature measurement system using wireless radio frequency technology, focus on solving the problems of rotary device temperature acquisition, data transmission, information alarm and remote monitoring technology. System by the low power acquisition technology, wireless technology, GPRS communication technology and computer network technology and the technical difficulties one by one to solve, formed a set of acquisition, transmission, alarm, recording and processing flow display. The system provides an effective means for monitoring and management of rotary dryer cylinder, greatly improve the level of automation of complete sets of equipment, convenient inspection, maintenance work.
