综合防治法预防骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

目的：探讨综合防治法预防骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床价值。方法：2009年以后采用预防措施骨折病人53例作为预防组，2007年-2008年12月骨折病人67例作为对照组；对照组术前无特殊处理，术后常规抗生素预防感染及对症治疗，预防组在对照组的基础上进行综合防治：术前充分沟通，积极治疗合并症、口服阿司匹林；术中操作轻巧、避免输血缩短手术时间、慎用止血药物，输注低分子量肝素或输注低分子右旋糖酐；术后早期功能锻炼，极高危患者继服华发令。结果：预防组53例多普勒彩超发现DVT2例（3．77％，2／53），对照组发生DVT的9例（13．42％，9／67），预防组DVT发生率低。结论：综合预防措施能降低骨折DVT的危险。
