ICTP在类风湿关节炎患者中的临床应用

目的:研究I型胶原吡啶交联终肽(ICTP)检测在类风湿关节炎(RA)中的初步应用。方法:分别对90例RA患者、36例骨质疏松患者及45例健康人血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测试剂盒测定血清ICTP水平。结果:在早期RA患者,ICTP值为(6.7±3.2)μg/L;在中期RA患者,ICTP值为(2 3.5±6.9)μg/L;在重度骨质疏松患者,ICTP值为(5.6±3.3)μg/L,与健康对照组有显著性差异,而在轻度骨质疏松患者,ICTP值为(3.3土1.5)μg/L,与健康对照组无显著性差异。结论:在RA病例中,ICTP检测可提供关于关节损伤程度的信息。

Preliminary Clinical Application of Serum ICTP Detection in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To study the preliminary clinical application of serum pyridinoline cross-linked carboxy-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(ICTP) detection in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods: The serum level of ICTP was determined in the 90 patients with RA,36 patients with osteoporosis and 45 healthy individuals by ELISA.Then the results were compared among these 3 groups.Results: The serum level of ICTP in the patients with early RA or metaphase RA and those with severe osteoporosis was significantly different from that in healthy controls.However,the serum level of ICTP in the patients with mild osteoporosis was not markedly different from that in healthy controls.Conclusion: The serum level of ICTP can reflect the degree of joint destruction in patients with RA.
