摘    要:通过对一张纸质人物画像的拉曼光谱、植硅体和淀粉粒分析,认为:①在某些情况下,特殊颜料的拉曼分析结果有助于文物断代。(参植硅体分析可提供造纸原料的特定植物学信息(如科类、种属等),因此,在古代手工纸原料的鉴别方面有一定的应用潜力。③淀粉粒分析与碘-碘化钾显色反应相结合,或可明确纸张中是否施胶以及施胶剂母源植物的种类。

Abstract:A combined use of Raman spectroscopy, phytoliths and starch grain analyses was employed to an age-unknown Chinese portrait. The obtained results are listed as follows: (1) for some cases pigment identification by Raman spectroscopy is of special use to the dating of artifacts; (2)Since phytoliths analysis can provide sometimes certain information about the plant taxonomy background, it may be of the potential to work as a new method to distinguish and determine the plant materials used in ancient Chinese papermaking; (3)a combination of starch analysis and staining methods (as Iodine-Kl reagent) may uncover not only whether the glutinous substances were used, but also what exactly they, if any, were and where they were from.
