发酵液中泰乐菌素测定方法的研究

摘    要:对发酵液中泰乐菌素含量的两种测定方法(即薄层层析法和高效液相色谱法)进行了比较研究,结果表明,这两种方法都具有较好的分离效果和较高的回收率,回收率分别为95.9%和90.3%。说明除了高效液相色谱法外,薄层层析法是一种简易又实用的测定方法

Abstract:A comparison study for determination of tylosin content with the TLC method and the HPLC method has been carried out.It was found that the two methods had good seperation effect and high recovery.The recovery obtained by the TLC method was higher than that by the HPLC method.They were 95.9% and 90.3%,respectively.The results showed that besides the HPLC method,the TLC method was simple and practical for quantitative estimating tylosin in the fermented broth.
