大型燃煤电厂锅炉大板梁吊装技术方法比较

摘    要:为解决大型电厂GW级机组锅炉设备中超长、超重件炉顶大板梁的吊装难点问题,以某GW级机组建设工程为实例列举了2种不同的吊装方法。通过对吊装、运输机械选型,场地布置,大板梁吊装顺序的技术方法介绍,以及2种不同吊装方法在进度、成本方面的比较认为:方法一能够加快吊装速度,相对吊装机械费用较高,加大了吊装成本;方法二略微降低了吊装机械费用,却减缓了吊装速度。在实践中如何选用,主要取决于吊装、运输机械资源配备,施工工期,工程成本,场地环境等诸多因素,视具体情况而定。2种方法的共同技术要点是锅炉大板梁的吊装宜采用2台大型吊车联合抬吊。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulties in hoisting ultra highlong and heavy boiler girders in 1 000 MW units for large power plants, two different hoisting methods used in power engineering construction were presented. Based on the introduction to the type selection for hoisting and transporting machiner, site layout, hoisting sequence for girders and the comparison between the two methods, several results were proposed. The first method accelerates the hoisting process with more cost in machinery and construction and the second one is on the contrary. Practically, the method selection mainly depends on many factors, such as the hoisting equipment, the transportation machinery, the construction period, the project cost and surroundings in field and so on. The common key point for the both is to use two large cranes for hoisting Installation of boiler girders.
