胶订联动线托打机构空间RSSR机构运动分析

摘    要:平装胶订联动线上,夹紧成型动作由托打机构的空间RSSR机构完成,空间RSSR机构工作的稳定性直接影响胶订联动线的工作速度和装订质量.通过数学建模,运用Matlab软件平台编制计算程序,进行了基于方向余弦矩阵法的空间RSSR机构运动实例分析,并获得了具体的分析结果和直观的图形曲线,得出影响空间RSSR机构的重要参数,为该机构的进一步改进和优化奠定基础.

Abstract:In the binding line,clamp forming is finished by the spatial RSSR mechanism of the unto playing institutions.The working stability of the spatial RSSR mechanism effects directly working speed and binding quality of the binding line.With the mathematical modeling,the spatial RSSR mechanism kinematical example was analyzed based on the method of direction cosine matrix using Matlab software.The specific analysis results and intuitive graphic curve were obtained.The important influence parameter of the spatial RSSR mechanism was found.It will be helpful to further improve and optimize the unto playing institutions.
