行波磁场对水平连铸铜板坯结晶器内熔体受力和流动的影响

摘    要:对行波磁场下连铸锡磷青铜的流动过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,行波磁场的电流强度仅影响金属液的流动速度,电流强度与流动速度成正比变化;行波磁场的电流频率不仅影响金属液的流动速度,而且影响金属液的流动形态;对于二流水平连铸,施加行波磁场时需要考虑两个磁场之间的相互作用,通过调整通电方式可以避免不利影响。

Abstract:The flow of QSn6.5-0.1 alloy during horizontal continuous casting under traveling wave magnetic field was numerically simulated.The results show that the current intensity of traveling magnetic field is proportional to the flow velocity,the greater the current intensity,the greater the flow velocity of molten metal;the current frequency is not only affecting the flow velocity but also affecting the flow pattern;for two flow horizontial continuous casting,the interaction between the two traveling magnetic fields should be considered,and the adverse effects can be avoided by adjusting the current direction of traveling magnetic fields.
