摘    要:以某试验机厂开发的电子万能材料试验机为研究对象,研究了试验机结构、工作原理及控制特性,将测试技术、材料力学以及计算机技术相结合,运用模块化理念设计测控软件,从而有效地对驱动设备和数据采样设备进行控制,使其能根据需求完成试验过程,实时记录材料在形变过程中的应力、应变,利用Delphi软件进行相关数据的处理和图表分析,绘制相关曲线,打印实验报告.经过应用测试,整个设备操作方便,运行平稳,数据采集和运动控制均符合设计要求.

Abstract:The structure of machine,working principle and control characteristics are researched based on material testing machine for research object.The device driver and data sampling equipments are controlled by the method of modularized software design with mechanical testing technology,mechanics of materials and computer technology.The stress and strain are real-time recorded during the test procedures based on the demands,the Delphi software can be used to process relevant data,analyze chart,draw curve and print the test report.After application of the test,the entire device is easy to operate,operates steadily,data acquisition and motion control comply with the design requirements.
