| 摘 要： | 针对滩海油田遇有井喷、火灾、爆炸等意外事故时,如何补充消防用水及设置贮水设施,同时兼顾装置上逃生人员的临时避难,设置必要的人员避难空间等问题,提出了3种消防用水设备的可行方案,并对3种方案的技术性、经济合理性和其它有关问题专门进行分析研究.经过优选后,推荐出可以实施的最佳方案.

| Abstract: | The methods of fire water supplying and storing are studied for accidents like blowout, fire or explosion in offshore oilfield. Temporary asylum for personnel on site is also considered. Three feasible plans about fire water equipments are proposed, and the technicality, economic rationality and other related issues of these plans are specially analyzed and studied. After optimization, an optimum plan is recommended . |
