C反应蛋白与脑梗死体积及复发风险的关系

目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)与缺血性脑卒中梗死体积及复发之间的关系。方法对急性脑卒中患者血浆CRP进行检测,观察CRP水平与梗死体积及严重程度之间的关系,随访3年,观察CRP对脑卒中预后的影响。结果病情危重、梗死体积大的患者,其CRP水平较病情较轻、梗死体积小的患者明显增高(P<0.01),死亡及复发患者,其CRP水平也比预后好的患者明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 CRP是监测脑卒中患者病情严重程度、预测预后、了解复发风险的重要炎性因子。

Relationship between the C-reactive Protein and the Volume and Recurrence Risk of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the relationship between C-reactive protein(CRP)and ischemic stroke infarct volume and the recurrence.Methods CRP in plasma of acute stroke patients was tested,the relationship between the CRP level and infarct volume and the severity was observed.Follow-up was done for 3 years,CRP influence on the prognosis of stroke was observed.Results The CRP level of patients in critical condition and large infarct volume is higher than that of mild condition and small infarct volume patients(P<0.01).In the cases of death and recurrent patients,CRP level was significantly higher than that of patients with good prognosis(P<0.01).Conclusion CRP is an important monitoring inflammatory factor for revealing the stroke severity,predicting the prognosis,and understanding the recurrence risk.
