智能传感器与现场总线技术

摘    要:智能传感器是多种技术互相结合的产物 ,它以精度高、可靠性好、能够与计算机通信等特点 ,在过程控制中得到很广泛的应用。现场总线技术是智能传感器普及推广的必然结果。现场总线带来了过程控制系统的开放性 ,使系统成为具有测量、控制、执行和过程诊断等综合能力的控制网络。现场总线智能传感器以其统一的协议规范和接口标准是传感器应用中的一项新技术 ,它使传统的控制系统结构和仪表在硬件、软件、功能和结构上都发生了深刻的变化。简要介绍了智能传感器与智能仪表的关系 ,归纳了智能传感器的性能特点。重点介绍了以现场总线技术为基础的总线式智能传感器及其功能和接口标准。结合实际情况 ,分析了现场总线智能传感器面临的主要问题及今后的努力方向 ,并对总线式智能传感器的未来作出展望。

Abstract:Intelligent sensors are the products of many technology combinations,its applications have become very widely in process control since its characteristics of high accuracy,good reliability, ability to communicate with computer etc.Fieldbus technologies are the results of extension of intelligent sensors.Fieldbus has brought opening to process control system and made the system become control networks with abilities of measurement,control, actuation and process diagnosis etc. Fieldbus intelligent sensor is a new sensor technology because of its unified protocol and standard interface,it has brought profound change to the structure of control system in instruments, hardware, software, founction and structure. The relationship between intelligent sensors and intelligent instruments is introduced briefly, and the performance and characteristics of intelligent sensors are concluded. The function and standard interface of fieldbus intelligent sensors based on the fieldbus technologies are described. The main problems facing by fieldbus intelligent sensors and directions of efforts in the future are analyzed. Finally, the perspective of fieldbus intelligent sensors is discussed.
