大学生自我和谐与心理健康的关系研究

目的]了解理工类大学生自我和谐状态,并探讨其与心理健康的关系. 方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和王登蜂编制的自我和谐量表(SCCS)对随机抽取的大学生进行测量.结果]理工类大学生的心理健康状况和自我经验的不和谐有极其显著的负相关,与自我灵活性呈显著的正相关,自我与经验的不和谐、自我的灵活性能在一定程度上预测心理状况的变异量.结论]自我和谐程度对大学生的心理健康有显著性影响.

STUDY ON SELF CONGRUENCY OF COLLEGE STUDENTlS AND THE RELATION OF MENTAIL HEALTH

Objective] To understand self congruency state of college students, and discuss its relation with mental health. Methods] Adopted symptom checklist (SCL-90) and the self congruency checklist (SCCS) edited by WANG Deng- feng to measure the college students who were randomly selected. Results] The disaccord on self experience and situation of mental health of college students had extremely notable negative correlation, had notable positive correlation with self flexibility, disaccord on self and experience, self flexibility could foresee the variation of psychological situation on certain degree. Con- clusion] Self congruency degree has significant influence on the mental health of college students.
