东胜体育场大跨度倾斜钢拱安装技术

摘    要:鄂尔多斯东胜体育中心采用钢管拱桥的设计理念,通过钢索将屋盖大部分重力荷载传递给钢拱。钢拱地平面以上整体跨度为320m,拱高129m总重为2606t。施工中合理选择设备,应用钢拱提升及高空旋转技术,钢拱高处合龙及对接精度保障技术,控制温度荷载和卸载稳定性,顺利完成施工,可为同类施工提供参考。

Abstract:Ordos Dongsheng Sports Center adopts steel tube arch bridge design concept to transfer most gravity load of the roof to the steel arch through steel cable.Overall span of the steel arch above the ground level is 320 m,arch height is 129 m and total weight is 2 606 t.Appropriate equipments are used during construction,steel arch lifting and aerial rotation,steel arch aerial assembly and butting accuracy protection techniques are adopted to control the temperature load and unloading stability.The construction...
