摘    要:针对海底管道在生产运行中受到腐蚀性介质及外力作用,易产生缺陷导致失效的问题,以磁记忆检测技术为基础,研制开发了海底管道内检测器,基于海底管道损伤典型缺陷形式设计并搭建了管道损伤检测试验台,对研制的海底管道内检测器进行了管道损伤检测试验研究。试验结果表明,研制的海底管道内检测器能够有效检出管道已有缺陷;对不同缺陷类型、尺寸磁记忆检测信号的特征参数进行对比分析,证实了磁记忆检测技术在缺陷量化中的应用潜力。研究成果为磁记忆检测技术应用于海底管道缺陷损伤检测提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the submarine pipeline is subject to corrosive medium and external force in production and operation, which is easy to produce defects and lead to failure, based on the magnetic memory detection technology, the inner detector of submarine pipeline is developed. Based on the typical defect forms of submarine pipeline damage, the pipeline damage detection test-bed is designed and built, and the pipeline damage detection test is carried out for the developed submarine pipeline internal detector. The test results show that the developed detector can effectively detect the existing defects of the pipeline. The characteristic parameters of different defect types and sizes were compared and analyzed, which confirmed the application potential of magnetic memory testing technology in defect quantification. The research results provide technical support for the application of magnetic memory technology in the detection of submarine pipeline defects and damages.
