| 摘 要： | 应用于恶劣油气井况的负承载角螺纹特殊管接头,具有很高的抗拉伸强度与复合加载强度,越来越多的特殊管接头厂商都采用这种负承载角螺纹连接形式。然而负承载角螺纹的加工比普通圆（LC）螺纹、偏梯形（BTC）螺纹加工更加复杂。介绍使用成型刀片加工负承载角螺纹的难点。以P110普碳钢加工为例,提出一种使用侧向进刀方式加工负承载角螺纹的工艺方法,适用于类似负承载角螺纹和非垂直进刀的加工。
