| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者患病行为的影响。方法87例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为2组。对照组接受常规的治疗护理，干预组在常规治疗护理的基础上，按循征护理的方法进行针对性心理干预。采用行为问卷（IBQ）对2组患者的基础和终末患病行为进行评分。结果干预组与对照组相比，基础评定时各个因子得分无显著性差异（P〉0．05），而终末评定时2组在因子的得分方面有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预可显著改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的患病行为。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the illness behavior of patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Methods 87 patients with SLE were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group only received the routine nursing care,and patients in the experiment group received psychological nursing intervention according to Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN) plus the routine nursing care. All the patients were assessed with Illness Behavior Questionnaire (IBQ) before and after the study, respectively. Results The illness behavior of patients who received psychological nursing intervention showed a significant improvement(P<0.05). Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the illness behavior of the patients with SLE. |
