影响芒果叶中芒果苷含量的生长因素研究

摘    要:目的探讨芒果树生长过程中,影响芒果苷在芒果叶中累积的各种因素。方法通过控制光照、水分、施肥、挂果量、不同良种交互嫁接等生长因素,达到影响芒果叶生长的目的,然后采集芒果叶样品,测定其中的芒果苷含量。结果挂果量、不同良种的交互嫁接不影响芒果叶中芒果苷的含量;减少水分供应、提高光照时间和强度,能提高芒果叶中芒果苷的含量;过多的施水或施用富氮肥料可明显降低芒果叶中芒果苷的含量。结论提高光照时间和强度、降低芒果叶的生长速度,能显著提高芒果叶中芒果苷的含量;挂果量和不同良种交互嫁接对芒果叶中的芒果苷含量没有影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the growth factors which affect the mangiferin contents in Mango Leaves. Methods Mango trees cultivated by controlling growth factors such as illumination , water, fertilizer, fructification and graft. Then Mango leaves were tested to determine the mangiferin contents. Results Graft and fructification didnt affect the mangiferin contents in Mango leaves ; less water and/or more illumination made higher Mangiferin contents ; but if more water and/or nitrogenous fertilizer mere applied, the mangiferin contents became less. Conclusion More illumination and/or low growth rate make Mango leaves have higher Mangiferin contents, while graft and fructification make no difference .
