| Abstract: | It analyzes the rail traffic, high technology ships and offshore, numerical control machine tool, en- gineering machinery, textile machinery and other equipment special industry in Jiangsu province, proposes the relationship between the technical innovation and the industrial upgrading of equipment manufacturing indus- try,puts forward the innovation and industrial upgrade path for Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry about government role, personnel security, platform construction, innovation subject to enhance the ability and so on. |
