基于TSC的异步风力发电机风电场的无功功率补偿

摘    要:为解决风电场并网运行存在的电压质量问题,提出了在风电场并网点进行电容器的分组投切控制方法。本文对风电场安装快速投切电容器组的容量及投切规则进行了研究。提出了计及风速变化对风电场输出有功和无功功率影响的电容器总容量计算方法及控制规则。应用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对某风电场进行了无功补偿优化仿真,结果表明:无功补偿的总容量和分组容量计算准确,可使风电场母线电压保持在允许范围内运行,并且电容器动作次数较少,保证了风电场并网运行时的电压质量。

Abstract:For solving the voltage quality problems existed in wind farm combined in the Grid,a control method of thyristor switched capacitor is proposed.Switching rules and capacity of thyristor switched capacitor installed in wind farm are discussed in this paper.Considering the effect of wind velocity variation to active and reactive power output from the wind farm,the total capacity method of capacitor and control rules are put forward.The simulation for optimizating the reactive power compensation by PSCAD/EMTDC shows that: the calculation of the total capacity and the grouping capacity of the capacitor are accurate;the bus voltage of wind farm can be remained in the allowable range,and less switch times of the capacitors;and then the voltage quality can be guaranteed.
