舒利迭联合无创正压通气治疗对AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的预后

目的探讨舒利迭联合无创正压通气治疗对AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者预后的影响。方法将126例AECOPD患者随机分入对照组与观察组,给予60例对照组患者常规治疗,66例观察组患者接受舒利迭联合无创正压通气治疗。比较两组患者住院期间死亡率、插管率、住院时间及治疗前后血气分析指标的改变。结果观察组住院期间死亡率、插管率及住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24 h及72 h血气分析指标pH、PaO2及PaCO2显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭联合无创正压通气治疗可显著改善AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者血气分析指标,减少患者死亡率和住院时间,改善预后。

The prognostic significance of seretide and non-invasive ventilator in AECOPD with respiratory failure

Objective To explore the prognostic significance of seretide and non-invasive ventilator in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) with respiratory failure.Methods 126 cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and experience group.60 patients of control group were given routine treatment and 66 cases of experience group received seretide and non-invasive ventilator treatment.Mortality during hospital,the intubation rate,hospital stay and the indexes of blood gas analysis before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Mortality during hospital,the intubation rate and hospital stay in experience group were much less than that in control group(P<0.05);Blood gas analysis indexes of pH、PaO2 and PaCO2 on 24 hours and 72 hours after treatment in experience group were seprior to than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Seretide and non-invasive ventilator for AECOPD with respiratory failure can greatly decrease mortality and hospital stay,and improve blood gas analysis indexes and prognosis.
