输液敷贴在无损伤缝针管理中的应用

目的探讨无菌输液敷贴在手术台上无损伤缝针保管的应用。方法由6名洗手护士分别采用纱布穿插法(对照组1),针盒保管法(对照组2)和输液敷帖粘贴法(实验组)取放缝针实验操作各240次,再用三种方法和同一名巡回护士进行40颗缝针清点实验操作各30次(每人每种方法各5次)。结果对照组1(纱布组)失针率为9.17%,对照组2(针盒组)失针率为17.10%,实验组(敷帖组)失针率为0,P<0.01;对照组1(纱布组)40颗缝针清点平均时间为36s,对照组2(针盒组)平均时间为49s,实验组平均时间为20s,P<0.05,三组实验比较差异有统计学意义。结论对手术台上数量较多、体积较小的无损伤缝针采用无菌输液敷贴进行粘贴保管,可有效地预防术中缝针丢失或掉落,清点方便,减少因寻找缝针给患者和手术人员带来的种种不良影响,效果良好,取材简单,价格低廉,使用方便,值得推广。

Without Damage Infusion Needle Applicator Management

Objective Discussion of sterile infusion application on the operating table damage suture needle-free application of custody. Method Six washing nurses used gauze insertion method（control group 1）, needle-box, custody methods（control group 2） and infusion with paste method （experimental group） the fetching stitch experiment operations 240 times each, and then carried out 40 stitch count experiment operations 30 times in three ways with the same visiting nurse （per way and person 5 times）. Results Control group l（gauze group）, needle loss rate for 9.17%; control group 2 （needle box group）, needle loss rate for 17.10%; and the experimental group （compress group） needle loss rate for 0, P〈0.01; control group 1 （gauze group） 40 stitch count average time for 36 seconds, control group 2 （needle box group） average time for 49 seconds, experimental group average time for 20 seconds, P〈0.05. Three experimental comparison group differences are statistically significant. Conclusions On the operating table more and smaller amounts of damage suture needle-free sterile infusion paste custody application, be effective in preventing stitch is lost or dropped on the operation; be convenient in inventory; reduce to find sewing needles with all their negative consequences for patients and surgical staff; have good results; base on simple material selection; low cost; easy to use and worth promoting.
