节能灯专用中高压铝电解电容器的工作电解液

摘    要:开发了节能灯专用铝电解电容器的高压工作电解液(σ30℃≈1.5×10–3S/cm,Us≥480V)和中压工作电解液(σ30℃≈3×10–3S/cm,Us≥400V),分别应用于400V、15μF(φ12.5mm×20mm)和250V、33μF(φ12.5mm×20mm)电容器中,制得的电容器具有低阻抗、低漏电流、耐高频高纹波,耐高温长寿命,在带负载的耐久性试验中通过了125℃,3000h考核,适用于电子节能灯线路。

Abstract:A working electrolyte (σ30℃≈1.5×10–3 S/cm,Us ≥480 V) for high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors and a working electrolyte (σ30℃≈3×10–3 S/cm,Us≥400 V)for medium-voltage ones were researched. They had been tested in capacitors (400 V, 15 μF, φ12.5 mm×20 mm) and capacitors (250 V, 33 μF, φ12.5 mm×20 mm). Such capacitors have low impedance, low leakage current, high ripple current capability, excellent high-temperature characteristic for 3 000 h under load, at 125 ℃ . The aluminum electrolytic capacitors comprising such electrolytes can be used in energy-saved lights.
