摘    要:随着计算机技术的不断发展,PLC控制技术得以不断扩展和完善,其功能远远超出了逻辑控制和顺序控制的范畴,具备了模拟控制、过程控制、冗余配置及远程通信等功能。文章通过对某石化公司热电厂化学水处理装置现有单机PLC系统的改造方案设计,阐述了由原来的单CPU、单网络PLC系统升级为冗余热备PLC系统的技术实现。

Abstract:With the development of computer technology,programmable logic controller(PLC) was continuously improved.Its functionality has evolved over the years to not only include logic control and sequential relay control,but also extend to analog control,process control,networking,redundancy processing and remote communication.Taking a PLC system in the chemical water treatment unit in a cogeneration power plant of a petrochemical company as an example,this article introduces the technical method for upgrading a PLC system with single CPU and single Control net to a safety redundancy hot-standby system.
