摘    要:对加热炉出口蒸汽管道开裂事故进行了失效分析,通过扫描电镜等仪器对管体材质、蒸汽水质、管内灰质以及开裂断口进行了检测分析,认为管道开裂性质属于疲劳失效,管道前端的减温器喷水波动产生的交变热应力导致该管体发生热疲劳失效。

Abstract:This paper analyzes a pipe-broken accident of outlet steam pipe of a furnace.A scanning electron microscopy and other instruments are used to analyze pipe material,fractography of specimens,chemical composition of steam and ash in the pipe.The analysis results show that the fracture of the broken pipe is caused by fatigue.The fluctuant spray water in the desuperheater in front of the broken pipe brought about alternating thermal stress which led to thermal fatigue failure of the pipe.
