微波法合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐

摘    要:以溴代正丁烷与N-甲基咪唑为原料,利用微波法合成咪唑类离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐(Bmim]Br),考查设定温度、微波功率、反应时间及原料摩尔比对产品收率的影响.实验结果表明较优的实验条件为:设定温度120℃,微波功率400 W,反应时间15 min,n(N-甲基咪唑)∶n(溴代正丁烷)=1∶1.1;收率为98.81%.产品结构经红外光谱、核磁氢谱确证.并对1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐的吸水性及溶解性进行测试.

Abstract:The imidazolium ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(Br) was synthesized from 1-butylbromide and N-methylimidazole under microwave irradiation.At the same time,the factors of setting temperature,microwave power,reaction time and the ratio of row materials were studied on product yield.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were:setting temperature 120 ℃,microwave power 400 W,reaction time 15 min,n(N-methylimidazole)∶n(butyl bromide)=1∶1.1,and yield 98.81 %.The structure of the product was characterized by IR,1H-NMR.The moisture absorption and solubility of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide were tested.
