HPVLl壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测在诊断子宫颈病变中的作用

摘    要:目的了解HPVLl壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测在诊断子宫颈病变中的作用。方法回顾性的对在郑州大学第二附属医院妇科门诊2010年7月—2011年1月进行HPVL1壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测的403例患者进行总结和分析。结果在HPVL1壳蛋白及HPV分型检测均(一)时没有CIN的出现;在HPVL1壳蛋白(+)而HPV分型检测(一)组中CINI有5例占0.052%;HPVL1壳蛋白及HPV分型检测均(+)组中CINI3例、CINⅡ2例共占0.086;在HPVL1壳蛋白(一)而HPV分型检测(+)组CINI59例Ⅱ37例、CINIII26例及SCC1例,分别各占42.75%、26.81%、18.84%及0.007%。HPVL1壳蛋白(一)而HPV分型检测(+)组与前3组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论宫颈癌筛查十分必要,HPVL1壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测在诊断宫颈癌前病变中具有重要的指导作用,HPVL1壳蛋白检测可以作为预测宫颈癌前病变进展的生物学标志物。。

Abstract:Objective To understind the ttPV L1 agnose the cervix pathological change. Methods The protein unites HPV typinge examination to direview from July, 2010 to January, 2011 car- ries on HPV in the second affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University gynecology department outpatient service the L1 protein to unite HPV examination 403 patients were summarized the analyzed. Results When HPV Li protein and HPV typing examination ( - )does not the found CiN 5 cases account for 0. 052% ; HPVL1 protein and HPV typing examination( + ) in group CIN I 3 cases, CiN ii 2 eases altogether accoumt for 0. 086% ; In HPV L1 protein( - ), but HPVminute examination( + ) in group 1 CIN Ⅰ 59 cases; CiN 1I 37 eases, CINIII 26 cases and the SCC 1 eases, the distinction aecounts for 42. 75% respectively;26. 81%, 18. 84% and 0. 007%. The fourth group has statistics significance with the three group.
