| 摘 要： | 针对18万t/a离子膜烧碱装置中氢气处理系统的氢气压缩机机封水压力不稳定等问题,对工艺进行了改造,改造后的生产工艺安全、稳定,每年可节约电费14.26万元,节约水费3.8万元。

| Abstract: | The production process has been innovated because of the unstable water pressure of mechanical seal for hydrogen compressors in the hydrogen treatment system of 180 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production devices.After innovation,the production process becomes safe and stable,and RMB$ 142 600 of electric cost and RMB$ 38 000 of water cost are saved. |
