铜洗设备与工艺的改进

摘    要:本文分析研究了铜洗塔的反应吸收和传质机理,采用化工模拟技术及反应动力学原理对铜洗塔温度分布、铜氨液稳定控制进行了优化研究和设想。阐述了规整填料塔的技术特性和应用优势。模拟结果和应用效果表明,通过改进工艺、采用高效填料塔技术及相配套的综合应用技术,使铜洗工艺和设备得到优化,能够取得明显的经济效益。

Abstract:The mechanisms of mass transter and reaction in the cuprammonia scrubber are studied in this paper.By using chemical simulation method and reaction kinetics principle,optimumization of The temperature distribution and the cuprammonia composition control have been performed.The technological charateristics and application advantages of stucture packing are expounded.The results of the simulation and application showed that the technology and equipment of cuprammonia scrupper have been optimized,and economical benefit is achieved by revamping using structure packing with appropriate composite technique.
