| 摘 要： | 外观设计是一种特殊的知识产权保护客体,世界各国的法律都以不同的方式给予保护;我国的外观设计立法虽然经过2000年修订后,从总体上已经符合TRIPS协议的最低要求,但与发达国家的相关规定相比,我国的外观设计立法仍然存在诸多不足之处.

| Abstract: | Outward appearance design is a special object of intellectual property right protection and is pro- tected by different laws in the world.Although China's outward appearance design legislation was revised in 2000,the revised outward appearance design legislation,on the whole,has met the minimum requirement of TRIPS agreement but has many shortcomings when comparing with the related regulations of advanced coun- tries. |
