摘    要:轻质正构烷烃异构化是油田液态烃加工利用的重要手段,也是炼厂提高汽油轻质馏分辛烷值的重要方法。由于绿色化工和清洁燃料的要求,异构化工艺将发挥越来越重要的作用,因此受到人们的普遍重视,有关技术问题逐渐成为炼油和化工界研究的热点。从工艺和催化剂两方面,回顾了异构化技术的发展历程,综述了近年来研究工作的进展,分析了异构化技术未来的发展趋向。

Abstract:Light paraffin isomerization is an important method for processing and utilizing of natural gas liquid, it plays an important role in improving the octane number of light gasoline fractions. In the need of green chemical and clean fuel productions, this process is supposed to be of greater and greater importance. Consequently, the development of the technology was given great concern in oil refining and chemical industries, and great efforts were made to promote its achievement. In this paper, the progress of the technology was reviewed in aspects of process and catalyst, research achievements made in the recent years were summarized, and the developing trendency was analyzed. Light paraffin isomerization prefers low temperature operation. Some new catalysts, such as solid super acid catalysts and molecular sieve catalysts with newly developed catalytic materials, are well worth further investigating to achieve the high efficiency of the process.
