爱智、正德、厚生、求是、致用——电大文化内核的刻塑和滋养

大学文化的建构,实质是大学人文精神的内塑.开放教育给电大带来的不仅是规模、平台、模式.而且,也给予了总结精神、内塑理念、倡导人文、创建品牌和张扬个性的机遇和时机.电大的教育层次和影响力可以定位于大众化教育和普及性阶段,但电大文化内核的刻塑却不能满足于大众化.相反,文化内核的刻塑更应深刻包含人文的理念和人性的归宿,更应超越体制结构和传统层级的束缚制约.

Wisdom, Moral, Mercy, Truth, Utility

To construct university culture is in essenence to mould the humanistic spirit of a university.Since the project of open education was launched,the scale,platform and models of Radio and TV University(RVTUs)have been brought about,and meanwhile the opportunity to condense its spirit,form the new concept,initiate the humanism,build famous brand as well as publicize the individualism has been provided for RTVUs.The educational levels and the impact of RTVUs orientate its position to popularize the universal education.However,the crux of the matter has not satisfied the public's needs.On the contrary,to mould the crux of the culture should embody profoundly the concept of humanism and normal human feelings and furthermore,to shake off the yoke of the system structure as well as traditional classes.
