碎石垫层在百万千瓦级机组主厂房地基处理中的应用

摘    要:碎石垫层具有压实性能好、填筑密度大、抗剪强度高、变形小、承载力高等特性。邹县电厂百万千瓦级机组主厂房地基采用碎石垫层换填方案,通过试验确定了合理的施工工艺和设计参数。本文以建筑物沉降观测数据为基础,详细分析了碎石垫层地基建筑物的沉降与变形特征,采用三维数值模拟分析了垫层地基的变形和受力特征。

Abstract:Sand-gravel cushion has some engineering characteristics of good compactibility,great filling density,high shear strength,less settlement and high bearing capacity etc. The program of sand-gravel cushion is used to the main building ground treatment of Zouxian 1000MW unit power plant,and a reasonable construction technology and design parameters are confirmed through testing. Based on the subsidence observation data of the buildings,the settlement and deformation characteristics of the building with sand-gravel foundation is analyzed in detail,and the settlement and mechanical characteristics of cushion foundation is analyzed by the method of three-dimensional numerical simulation.
