| 摘 要： | 目的:研究通心络胶囊对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:采用肾上腺素造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察通心络胶囊对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果:通心络胶囊能降低血瘀大鼠的全血粘度,降低红细胞压积,缩短红细胞电泳时间。结论:通心络胶囊具有改善血液流变性的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats.Methods：Established the acute blood stasis model with adrenaline in rats to observe effect of Tongxinluo capsule on hemorheology.Results：Tongxinluo capsule could reduced the blood viscosity in model rats remarkably and degrade the hematocrit and accelerate the erythrocyte electrophoresis time.Conclusions：Tongxinluo capsule could improve hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats. |
