| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨膝骨性关节炎患者采用手法推拿与药物薰洗治疗的临床疗效。方法：64例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组应用手法推拿结合药物薰洗，对照组采用手法推拿治疗，对比两组患者疗效。结果：观察组总有效率达93.75%，显著高于对照组的71.88%（P〈0.05）。结论：手法推拿结合药物薰洗治疗膝骨性关节炎临床有效，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with drug fumigation and massage. Methods：64 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 32 cases, observation group applied with mas-sage and drug fumigation, control group with massage therapy, efficacy of two groups was compared. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than that of control group by 71.88%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Massage combined with drug fumigation treat-ing knee osteoarthritis is effective clinically, being worthy of popularization and application. |
