冷连轧动态变规格轧辊速度的动态设定

摘    要:以变截面,变张力逆流求解非线性方程组动态变规格控制方式为基础,通过轧辊速度及带钢出口速度的实测值来动态修正变规格过程轧辊速度的设定值。实际应用表明,轧辊速度的动态可以保证变规格过程中冷连轧机组各机架速度的稳定和使机架间张力稳定,从而保证变规格过程带钢厚度精度。

Abstract:The setup values of roll speed were corrected dynamically during FGC (Flying Gauge Change) by actual value of roll speed and strip delivery speed. The tandem cold mill S DSU (Speed Dynamic Setup) system for FGC was built up on basis of equations for solving non linear system and reverse flow control pattern for the strip with different cross sections and different tensions. The actual application proved that the S DSU can keep the stable speed and tension between stands during FGC. The strip thickness quality can be improved during FGC.
