| 摘 要： | 以广西玉林博白县龙潭镇大安村为个案，探讨客家人生仪礼宴席饮食活动的审关特点。研究表明：人生礼仪宴席是客家饮食文化的精髓，熔铸了客家人生活实用美和人性和谐美的审美情趣，反观了客家村民的群体观与社会观。

| Abstract: | A Case study of the aesthetic connotation of the rites in Hakkas banquet in Dahn Village of Longtan Town indicates that the banquet rite is the essential part of Hakkas dietetic culture which moulds and shapes the aesthetic appealing, the harmonious society and the living pragmatism among the Hakkas, and reflects their collectivism and social concepts. |
