摘    要:压裂开发和区块整体压裂要求压裂液在低成本投入下,既能满足油藏特点和工艺技术要求,又能最大限度地减少压裂液对支撑裂缝导流能力的影响。介绍了压裂液优化设计技术,即压裂液及其添加剂优选、压裂过程的温度场计算、压裂液植物胶分散水合及充分增粘、压裂液变组分配方性能优化等。该技术是将同一口井的压裂液根据需要设计成不同阶段、不同组分,精确控制各种添加剂的加入使压裂液性能达到优化。室内实验结果表明,相同条件的压裂液,常规使用和按压裂液优化设计变化组分使用岩心的动态滤失伤害可由40%降到14%。该项技术在吐哈鄯善油田整体重复压裂中应用成功,效益显著。

Optimization design of fracturing fluids and applied technology
Abstract:The fracturing fluids used in fracture development and integralre-gion fracture should meet both requirements of reservoir characteristics and operating technologies as well as reduce the influence to the flow ability of propping fracture to the maximum, at the same time the cost should be as low as possible. The optimization design of fracturing fluids is introduced , which includes the optimization of fracturing fluids and additives; calculation of temperature field during fracturing process; dispersion, hydration of vegetable gum in the fracturing fluid and rapid viscosifying; optimization of the properties of vari-ble ingredients formulations. The technology is to design the fracturing fluids with differenting re-dients in different phases of fracturing operation and to control precisely the adding of all kinds of additives, so the properties of fracturing fluids can be optimized. The laborotory results indicate that comparing with the conventional fracturing fluids in the same condition, through the use of this technology, the dynamic filtration damage to the core can be reduced from 40% to 14%, now the technology has been successfully appllied in Shan-shan Oilfield in Tuha.
