| Abstract: | But the enterprise culture is an enterprise core competitive power important origin.The coal mine enterprise culture construction is a complex systems engineering,vigorously advances the coal mine enterprise outstanding enterprise culture construction,the coal mine enterprise security culture which the cultivation and the construction is characteristic,holds the opportunity,demonstrated the enterprise image,and by this condensation strength,may promote the coal mine enterprise to construct continues,the harmonious development stably,has the extremely vital practical significance to our country coal mine enterprise’s full scale development. |
